Adam Hamadache will show you how to create and leverage word-of-mouth marketing. Turning guest emotions into good reviews will be covered by Anne Blackburn of the Sidona Group.
Peter Nash, Tourism Ireland's Head of Strategy Development and Insights, will speak about the extensive research that Tourism Ireland has done over the last year into our main overseas markets. He will outline the type of customer who wants to visit the island of Ireland with a focus on the Northern Ireland market, explaining who these visitors are, what they want from a destination and what you can do to make sure they find your business attractive.
The session will be compered by Shane Clarke, Director of Corporate Services & Policy at Tourism Ireland, who will be on hand to field questions to the speaker panel at the end of the presentations.
