Tourism Ireland's December Situation & Outlook Analysis Report
As we approach the end of 2013, official data from the Central Statistics Office (CSO) indicates that overseas visitors to the Republic of Ireland grew by +7.3% in the first ten months of the year, compared to the same period in 2012. According to the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA), total overseas visitors to Northern Ireland for the first half of 2013 grew by up to +13%.
Sentiment for 2014 remains upbeat and positive and we look forward to working with all our industry colleagues next year to build on the positive legacy of 2013.
